Mine does the same thing it’s a safety timer built in so the pump doesn’t overheat it just cycles off after a few minutes you can usually change the setting in the control panel.

That happened to me too, and at first I thought something was wrong with the pump. Turned out it was just how the tub was programmed, there’s usually an auto-shutoff timer on the jets so they don’t run nonstop. On mine it’s set for about 15 minutes, but some models default shorter. You can usually tweak it in the control settings if you want them to stay on longer.
If you’ve already checked the filter and water flow is good, it’s probably just the built-in timer doing its job.

One thing I didn’t see mentioned though, if it ever shuts off sooner than usual or feels like it struggles right before it clicks off, check for a flow or pressure switch issue. On my older Balboa system, the jets would run fine for a few minutes, then the heater indicator would blink and the pump would cut out. Turned out the flow switch was barely being satisfied because my filter pressure was a bit higher than normal. The system basically thought there wasn’t enough circulation and shut things down to protect the heater.
Also worth checking if it’s a two speed pump. Sometimes when you hit the jets button once it goes to high, but the next press drops it to low instead of off. It can feel like it “shut off” when it really just stepped down and you don’t notice the quieter speed.
If it’s consistent and clean timing, probably just programming. If it’s random or happens faster when the water is hot, I’d look at flow restriction, dirty filter, or a slightly low water level. Those small things can trigger protection features without throwing a clear error.
