Robotic vacuum keeps climbing the wall and flipping over

Got a new robotic cleaner and instead of scrubbing the floor, half the time it climbs straight up the wall and then tips on its side. Looks like a turtle stuck upside down. Anyone else dealt with this?

Mine used to do that too, climbing up the wall and flipping over. Try changing the wheels or check the pump, that’s often the issue.

I’ve had this too usually weak grip and circulation pushing it. Try new tracks/brushes, run it with the pump off, and check the buoyancy foam/wheels are snug. After that mine stopped climbing walls and flipping

I’ve had the same issue before. It’s usually the grip or brushes getting weak, so I replaced them and the problem went away.

I have seen this with new robots when buoyancy or traction is slightly off, especially if the walls are slick, so I check that the filter basket is seated right and clean the waterline so it does not climb too aggressively, and after I cleaned the walls with aquadoc tile and vinyl cleaner mine stopped tipping over and stayed focused on the floor.
